A beautiful and spacious but cosy authentic Mongolian ger (or yurt) sleeping up to seven guests. We've adapted the yurt for the Welsh mountain conditions with a fantastic wood burning stove and big central skylight.

Right next to the yurt is Ty Bach Pren, a small wooden cabin containing a bathroom (hot shower cubicle and compost toilet) and a well equipped kitchenette (including a 4 burner gas hob, sink, fridge/freezer) and all the cooking gear you'll need including a dutch oven and other cast iron cookware to use on the fire bowl/grill outside.  There is a secluded seating area with fire bowl/grill/BBQ and a covered dining space to the south of the yurt.

Located in Cynwyd forest overlooking the Dee Valley with views towards Snowdonia and the distant mountains.  At the northern end of the Berwyn mountains, the North Berwyn Way is only a couple of hundred metres away. The Dee Valley AONB (Area of outstanding natural beauty) is literally on the doorstep with Snowdonia National Park 20 minutes away.

Deep peace & tranquility, stunning skies and views, no light pollution. Abundant wildlife, nature and trees.

Ty Crwn Bach Idris (Idris's little round house) is a gorgeous cosy yurt comfortably sleeping up to four guests, paired with Ty Log, a spacious log cabin kitchen/dining room and bathroom.

There is a covered and partially enclosed deck area with hammocks, swing seats and comfy adirondack chairs. BBQ and fire bowl with logs provided.

The yurt is located high in Cynwyd forest, overlooking the Dee Valley in the beautiful Berwyn mountains in North Wales.  Dee Valley AONB (Area of outstanding natural beauty) on the doorstep, Snowdonia National Park nearby.
