    • We had an enchanting weekend staying in your incredible yurt and struggled to pull ourselves back to reality. We smiled in awe at the beauty of everything around us and felt super blissed out throughout the perfect weekend away. Nathan and Shayne, you were wonderful hosts and we love what you have got going on! We will be back for sure :)

    • The yurt was lovely, Shayne and Nathan are great hosts. The kitchen and bathroom are exactly what you need, pick some provisions up on the way in as you’ll be out of the way. Some great walks nearby, and a cracking pub up the road for tea.

    • I stayed alone in Shayne and Nathan's yurt and had an amazing time. Whilst the weather and my health wasn't fantastic I didn't take many long rambling walks as I'd hoped, but snuggling in the yurt and it's beautiful surroundings was just as lovely. Nathan gave me a postcode and to warn others, if you are not coming in through the village as I didn't it may send you up a hill with a 'Cynwyd Forest' sign on the right as described in the directions, but it is not the right one! Nathan was patient and lovely with my lateness as I didn't make it at the time I had hoped! There are many walks around and a large map in the kitchen with suggestions and OS maps to borrow if you require. The yurt and kitchen/shower is spotlessly clean, however be mindful that the yurts and area is respectfully very eco friendly so plastics/wet wipes and a disregard for this (ie taking long showers) would be disrespectful to the ethos. The kitchen has good amenities but make sure you take anything you need food and drink wise as well as seasoning etc. Thank you both for your lovely hospitality and I hope to come back when I am less contagious!

    • We arrived on the beautiful hillside where the yurt was located and we found it easily using our hosts directions. We arrived a little bit early but Nathan and Shayne allowed us to go into the yurt despite being early and we explored the local forest which was incredible. The surrounding forests and fields where so peaceful and calm and just what we needed! Nathan popped over to greet us and he was very friendly and helpful and we really felt at home. He even let us borrow an aux lead as we forgot ours. Nathan and Shayne provided us with free logs and kindling to use and then we paid for every bucket of logs after that although we only needed one more bucket of logs as the fire lasted quite a while and got very hot once it got going! This trip has been so wonderful and we would have loved to have stayed for longer.. we will definitely be returning!
