Nathan gave us a great welcome upon arrival, showing us every aspect of the space and was always on hand should we need him, but very much left us to enjoy ourselves. Everything was extremely tidy and we had everything we needed for a great weekend. The BBQs and the fire pit were a great addition and was generally how we finished off our nights where we were often accompanied by at least one of the friendly chickens!

A short 20 min walk down the hill took you into the village where we visited the local pub on a couple of occasions. Good food and drink to be had there. We were also presently surprised to find a local fresh water reservoir and waterfall a few yards down the road too and made the most of this with a couple of dips in the river.

All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable weekend only made better by our stay in the yurts. Would recommend to anyone seeking a slightly different stay that immerses you in nature.

We've never stayed in a yurt before but we were happy with our stay and will look at yurts again in the future. The scenery is amazing. read less

    • This place is absolutely stunning. The views are incredible, the yurt is gorgeous and the kitchen and toilet facilities are perfect! Nathan was a fantastic host and we had an amazing time! Took our two dogs who loved it just as much as we did!
