We only booked for one night en route to Anglesey and wished we had stayed longer. Total peace & quiet surrounded by wildlife and stunning scenery. It was the first time we stayed in a yurt and we would definitely do it again (if you're not a fan of camping in a tent in the height of summer - which I'm not - this is perfect). In the evening, we sat on the deck in the lovely hammock seats enjoying a glass of wine overlooking the mountains. At night, the little wood burner inside the yurt was amazing - really cozy and we watched the moon rise through the open stable door surrounded by fairy lights. The yurts are dog friendly too and we brought our two terriers with us (if you have little escape artists you will need to keep them on a lead though as there are resident roaming chickens and lots of sheep/wildlife in the immediate vicinity). The shared kitchen, toilet & shower facilities are immaculate. Shayne & Nathan do an amazing job at living in the most eco-friendly way possible (off grid) and are both fantastic hosts - very communicative and Shayne explained everything in detail on check-in. Hope to be back again for a longer stay. read less
