    • This is a wonderful place to experience. We have wanted to come here for nearly two year and we finally managed to book a weekend away for our anniversary. It was everything we needed and more ! The views and surroundings are magical. Listening to the birds all day was soothing. The sunsets were great. We went here to celebrate our anniversary and it was a weekend we will have in our memory for a long time. The yurt had so many hippy vibes which was great ! This is definitely a place to get some tranquilty and stillness. We went here a day before lockdown and it was everything we needed. So thankyou! ❤ x x

    • Nathan and Shayne were very welcoming, the yurt was very comfortable and had a great view. There is plenty to see and do around the yurt. Had all the amenities that we needed. Would recommend a stay at this yurt.

    • My friend and I had a wonderful stay in the yurt! The land it's on is lovely and there's a nice community vibe with another yurt and the main house buildings around, as well as a little pond, a spacious outdoor socialising space and Rosie the friendly chicken wandering about! It was cold and rainy during our stay but the wood burner in the yurt is incredible at heating the space up quickly and effectively. It was super cosy and it's a great space to read/play board games in the evening if the weather isn't on your side. We also managed to enjoy the fire pit outside for a few hours one evening before the rain started. The facilities in the shed were super clean and very well stocked. Nathan was a fantastic Host, made us feel really welcome and like we could ask him anything. We were only two adults and we had more than enough space, you could comfortably sleep 4 close friends/family if you wanted (there's space for more but would start to get a bit cramped after 4 I'd say). We bought logs and kindling on site which I would recommend, very handy and well priced. Would definitely stay again!

    • Lovely yurts and facilities in a lovely location. Only met Nathan but he was lovely too.

To me it seems that the facilities are mismatched to the yurts; it would make more sense if the big yurt came with the big kitchen and bathroom. Didnt matter to us though as we booked the whole place, I would suggest doing that if you are a larger group.

All communication with Nathan and Shayne was very clear. Make sure you read the guest handbook and watch the video! I guess they have had some expensive damages in the past... you dont want to be those people!

We will definitely consider coming back here in the future, a great place to spend time with those that you love.

    • I stayed here for three nights with my wife and our two small dogs. It was my 65th birthday weekend and I wanted something a bit different for the special occasion. The property is easy to find and in a really accessible location, but still away from it all. We had everything we needed to make our weekend very comfortable. The adjoining kitchen / dining room is very well equipped and very roomy. Plenty of storage space and food preparation surfaces. The shower room / WC has everything you need. The highlight of the stay though was the yurt. Plenty of room for two humans plus two hounds. And, when the wood-burning stove was lit, it was really warm and cosy. We experienced three cold nights there, but the stove kept us very comfortable. The immediate area has lots of good walks to keep the dogs happy. And, the Blue Lion down the hill in Cynwyd makes an excellent Sunday roast. It's dog-friendly too in the bar area. We are pleased to see how Nathan and Shayne have developed their property to make it very eco-friendly and off-the-grid. We both appreciate making minimal impact in our holiday choices and this property certainly ticked all the boxes for us. I can certainly recommend this property and hope to return again in the near future. Thank you Nathan and Shayne!!
