We had a fantastic time, a really genuinely laid-back atmosphere, in a beautiful setting and the yurt was super cosy and just as charming as it looks in the photos! Thoroughly recommended...

Ty Mam Mawr is a perfect haven, set in stunning land scape nestled in a valley. I recently attended a Bioenergetics shaking retreat there; Shayne and Nathan made perfect hosts for a weekend where we all mucked in together; super relaxed and easy to get along with, over seeing us and also pointing us in the right direction for walks and wild swims in rivers and reservoirs. The round house, made out of natural materials made a wonderful place for meditations and inner reflection work. I'm already looking forward to the next weekend planned in November.....hope to see you there!

The yurt is in a lovely location, and is very cosy inside. Unfortunately due to a family emergency we only were there for a matter of hours. I would look to stay again though in the future.

We stayed here on the coldest , snowiest nights of the year and it was incredible!

We had to walk up the 1 mile path to the yurt because it was so icey but it was quite fun. Once we got there, Nathan met us and showed us round, everything we could need was either in the kitchen or yurt.
The yurt itself heated up really well and we were never really cold until the morning , but once we started it again it was fine!
Everything about the stay was really cosy and lovely and Nathan and Shayne were really communicative and helpful.
