    • We loved everything about this place! Staying off grid but with modern facilities was fantastic. Nathan and Shayne have really thought of everything here and you couldn’t wish for two nicer, more knowledgable hosts! We can’t recommend enough! Thank you again!

    • We were made very welcome by the hosts who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. The location was absolutely stunning and ideal for accessing both the coast and Snowdonia National Park.

Staying in the yurt was great fun and very comfortable. It was really good to light a fire each night in the log burner for warmth and the fairy lights around the inside were a very nice touch. It was the perfect place to escape and relax for a few days, with the only sounds coming from the wind in the trees and the various wildlife around.

We highly recommend but don't want it too booked up because we'd like to go and stay again!

    • We stayed in Nathan and Shayne’s yurts for 3 nights for my brothers stag do, wanting somewhere chilled, different and with a great setting. The yurts did not disappoint! It was a great base for us to go and explore North Wales and do all the activities we had planned.

Nathan gave us a great welcome upon arrival, showing us every aspect of the space and was always on hand should we need him, but very much left us to enjoy ourselves. Everything was extremely tidy and we had everything we needed for a great weekend. The BBQs and the fire pit were a great addition and was generally how we finished off our nights where we were often accompanied by at least one of the friendly chickens!

A short 20 min walk down the hill took you into the village where we visited the local pub on a couple of occasions. Good food and drink to be had there. We were also presently surprised to find a local fresh water reservoir and waterfall a few yards down the road too and made the most of this with a couple of dips in the river.

All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable weekend only made better by our stay in the yurts. Would recommend to anyone seeking a slightly different stay that immerses you in nature.

    • From the get-go Nathan and Shayne where fantastic. Any questions you have leading up to to your check-inn date are responded quickly, Including local knowledge of information about any activities you've got planned in the area. The quick 10 minute introduction about the facilities was good, we even asked several questions about how the off-grid system they have works. The Yurt itself was incredible and very clean. The amenities on-site where also great and clean. Our group spent the day climbing Snowden and was lovely to come back to a shower (which uses straight off the mountain water) and have the fire on in the Yurt. Throughout our stay Nathan & Shayne left us to it, but was contactable throughout if we needed anything. Definitely a place to visit if you're thinking about seeing Wales, all in all a great experiance and will be visiting again.
