    • Such a beautiful place to spend the weekend! I cannot recommend Shayne and Nathan's place enough.
      Our hosts were super hospitable and friendly, any questions we had they were just a text away.
      The large Yurt is authentically Mongolian and it is a truly magical space, perfect for a group to relax around a fire. The smaller yurt was more secluded, really gorgeous and had a beautiful view. Super warm and cosy and no need for the fires. Nathan generously supplied a starter kit too so no forking out for fire wood! You are off-grid so we had to be mindful of the resources we used, another way this unique accommodation helped connect us to nature.

    • Everything about this place is fantastic and highly recommended. The hospitality from Nathan and Shayne is great and the yurt itself is cosy and welcoming, but also wonderfully spacious. The facilities are clean and well equipped, remarkable when you are so rural and off grid. The setting is peaceful and scenic but the nearby Corwen has most amenities. A great base for walking, mountain biking or just lying by the fire reading.

    • We had a lovely weekend in Shayne and Nathan's yurt. Very relaxing and peaceful and even the weather was kind to us. The cows in the field below seemed particularly interested in our barbecue and the chickens were after anything they could peck. If you want complete peace and quiet i is the place to go.

    A secluded off grid low impact property surrounded by woodland and hills under clear skies with no light pollution. Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the doorstep and Snowdonia National Park nearby.

    Deep peace pervades. Silence…with only the sounds of abundant nature. Breathe fresh clean air and enjoy the gorgeous mountain spring water.
