    • This place is just gorgeous, despite the weather we had an amazing time, the yurts are so warm with the log burner going so you don't get cold and the sound of the rain when you're all cosy and warm inside is so relaxing they have all amenities needed, the shower was lovely and hot, the kitchen was well kitted out with everything you need, worth noting they don't have a microwave but we didn't need one anyway so all good for us.
Reading others reveiws before we came I was expecting it to be lovely and we weren't disappointed at all

    • We had a great time in North Wales. Shayne and Nathan gave us a great welcome and showed us how everything worked in the yurt. The wood burning stove was an essential ingredient in the middle of December! The surroundings are great, a very peaceful escape.

    • I stayed alone in Shayne and Nathan's yurt and had an amazing time. Whilst the weather and my health wasn't fantastic I didn't take many long rambling walks as I'd hoped, but snuggling in the yurt and it's beautiful surroundings was just as lovely. Nathan gave me a postcode and to warn others, if you are not coming in through the village as I didn't it may send you up a hill with a 'Cynwyd Forest' sign on the right as described in the directions, but it is not the right one! Nathan was patient and lovely with my lateness as I didn't make it at the time I had hoped! There are many walks around and a large map in the kitchen with suggestions and OS maps to borrow if you require. The yurt and kitchen/shower is spotlessly clean, however be mindful that the yurts and area is respectfully very eco friendly so plastics/wet wipes and a disregard for this (ie taking long showers) would be disrespectful to the ethos. The kitchen has good amenities but make sure you take anything you need food and drink wise as well as seasoning etc. Thank you both for your lovely hospitality and I hope to come back when I am less contagious!
