The yurt is a fun and unique way to spend the night camping. Shayne and Nathan offer all the amenities you need when camping and the yurt is situated in a tranquil area where you can sit under the stars by the fire pit or relax in the comfort of the yurt. We hope to visit again with our kids.

We had such a great time at the Yurt! It is beautifully decorated and in such a wonderful location! The views are incredible and we enjoyed star gazing at night with a bottle of welsh cider! The outdoor shower was really cool and a new experience! Communication was really easy with Nathan and he showed us where everything was and how to work the shower and eco toilet etc. He was really friendly and had a nice chat with us and put us at ease! The fresh eggs are delicious too! The postcode for the satnav was spot on and we had no trouble at all finding it! The yurt is really close to beautiful llangollen where you can hike up to the old castle ruins, we recommend Deeside cafe for lunch! The surrounding area of the yurt has lots of cool places for walks, we found a BEAUTIFUL hidden waterfall 15 minutes away if you take the footpath from the road, we wish we would have had more time to explore! We definitely recommend to stay here it was lovely with friendly helpful hosts! Thanks so much for our stay!

Thanks Shayne and Nathan for a wonderful weekend stay in your beautiful yurt up in the hills. Your warm welcome and excellent hospitality was only matched by the sheer beauty of the location. Thankfully the weather was kind which allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning views. The yurt was warm and cozy and the whole experience matched up to expectation. Just back from a fabulous three day break in the Welsh mountains at one of the most unique airbnb properties we have ever stayed in.

The location was excellent, being conveniently placed to access most of North Wales abd the yurt was everything that we expected, and yes, while we were in fact living off the grid, Shayne and Nathan made sure that the whole experience was extremely comfortable with plenty of hot showers and great kitchen facilities (and even wifi if you just have to keep in touch with the outside world but much better to leave technology behind and enjoy a more natural way of living)

The yurt itself is a work of art and with the stove burning bright, a wonderful place to be on a winters night under what seemed to be a million stars.

Highly recommended and hope to come back and share again Shayne and Nathan's unique way of life. Communication was prompt, directions accurate and check in was easy.

You won't be disappointed.

This is our third time in the yurt, and as always, it was a true pleasure. Everything was immaculately clean and the Yurt was kept toasty warm with the wood. We will return, its one of our favourite get-aways!
