We had a fantastic stay in the tranquil yurt. We loved the silence and the curious chicken that come around if you sdit outside. We love the off grid approach and yet it still felt like luxurious glampingglamping just more conscious. We plan to return soon.

Fantastic place with beautiful surroundings ☺️ went on a 5 mile walk and saw nobody, perfect ? The yurt was very cozy and warm with the log burner. Love the fresh spring water on tap and the off grid lifestyle. Would definitely recommend and stay again ?

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. The yurt is beautiful and the facilities are well above the standard you would expect from off grid living. We were able to enjoy the bbq and fire pit. Chilling our drinks in the pond was all part of the adventure (there is a very large kitchen with fridge available but that isn’t as fun!)
Shayne was a wonderful host and although we didn’t meet Nathan his enthusiasm for off grid living was evident in all the fantastic facilities he has built.
Stay here to get away from it all.

If you're looking for somewhere seemingly in the middle of nowhere yet not actually that far from civilization then this is spot on. Loved the off-grid living aspect and the yurt is super cosy and cute. The new kitchen /shower unit adds to that 'more luxury than camping' feeling. Will definitely be returning at some point in the future!

From the get-go Nathan and Shayne where fantastic. Any questions you have leading up to to your check-inn date are responded quickly, Including local knowledge of information about any activities you've got planned in the area. The quick 10 minute introduction about the facilities was good, we even asked several questions about how the off-grid system they have works. The Yurt itself was incredible and very clean. The amenities on-site where also great and clean. Our group spent the day climbing Snowden and was lovely to come back to a shower (which uses straight off the mountain water) and have the fire on in the Yurt. Throughout our stay Nathan & Shayne left us to it, but was contactable throughout if we needed anything. Definitely a place to visit if you're thinking about seeing Wales, all in all a great experiance and will be visiting again.
