Lovely bucolic location. Big 26 foot Mo colin style yurt or ger. toasty warm with log stove. Very friendly host. Would have been nice if matches had been provided or a lighter for heating stove, fire pit and cooker. Personal tour of his off grid system. Would highly recommend.

We recently stayed for four nights with our 7 month old daughter and had a truly fantastic time. So nice to get away from everything and try something a little bit different.
Plenty to do in the local area including some lovely river/ forest walks right on your doorstep. We spent an entire day just chilling in the yurt/ garden area and our little one clearly loved it. The yurt and surrounding grounds were a sensory haven for her with so many colours, lights, sounds etc... she got particularly excited when a chicken wandered into the yurt!
Shayne and Nathan are such lovely people and delightful hosts. We fully intend to come back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay in the yurt in late December. We warmed up very quickly with the log burner! Beautiful area; lovely walks to be had. Loved the yurt, and didn't want to leave. Some wonderful memories made, and we fully relaxed.
