My wife and I came to the yurt the day after our wedding for one night to get away and it was a perfect location. Secluded up in the mountains, surrounded by the sounds of nature, it was a lovely tranquil setting for us to relax. The bed was really comfortable; we needed a good sleep! Shayne and Nathan recommended walking down to the local waterfall which was a fun walk and the waterfall is a beautiful ending. The yurt is in a good location to access Snowdonia, we visited Betws-y-Coed on the recommendation of Shayne and we weren't disappointed by the beautiful little village. We would definitely come again.

We had a great time staying in the yurt!! Although it was freezing, the log burner was an absolute god send and our best friend! The location is beautiful, and there is so much to do nearby! We went walking in the forest around the yurt, walking up Snowdonia, visited Llangollen and a great pub called The Corn Mill; also the Rhud farm shop is beautiful. Really enjoyed the whole experience, we had a friend one night (The cat!!) he popped into the yurt for a cuddle by the fire - more than welcome as we have two of our own! Great place and will definitely look to revisit in warmer weather to enjoy long nights out on the decking having BBQs! Thanks a lot!

Faultless! Nathan gave us the warmest of welcomes and made us feel at home right away, which is such a relief when traveling with dogs. The space is absolutely stunning, well designed with lots of thoughtful touches like handmade rugs, mood lighting, extra blankets, logs for the fire etc. The whole trip was made completely stress free by the detailed instructions from detailed directions to log burner operations. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway surrounded by beautiful walks through the woods with some stunning views as recommended by the amazing hosts. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

We stayed for a couple of days and must say it was amazing. The views were beautiful, it was very peaceful and we walked through the forest seeing the wildlife. Shayne and Nathan were so welcoming and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
