I just held a breathwork and shamanic healing retreat at Ty Mam Mawr and it was a beautiful experience beginning to end. This review almost seems like I'm cheating writing a good review for two extremely good friends, that's how well we were welcomed and the depth of our connection to Shayne and Nathan. The location is absolutely gorgeous. The yurts are really cool and cosy. The round house is an energetic bubble with the vibe of a really sacred space.

Shayne and Nathan are two of the most pleasant, loving, funny and authentic people I've ever met. I'm definitely coming back to see them. Friends for life no matter the distance.

If you are looking for a quiet retreat in the beautiful mountains and forest of Wales, this Yurt is the perfect escape! It is the exact right balance of camping and comfort, glamping at its finest. The real fire furnace inside the yurt along with all of the comfortable beds, cushions and blankets make the inside warm and cozy. The outside area is perfect for meals and relaxing. Everything needed for cooking, grilling and building a fire in the put pit are provided. Nathan and Shayne's warm hospitality complete the experience, along with visits from Rosie and Lavender (friendly hens). Enjoy!

We had a lovely stay on the yurt. The location is amazing, so out of the way and peaceful and the views really are as good as in the pictures! Nathan was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had plenty of wood and fire lighters for our chilly October stay and the yurt warmed up in no time! Had a really nice few days going on local walks during the days and having barbecues under the stars in the evenings.

This place is absolutely stunning. The views are incredible, the yurt is gorgeous and the kitchen and toilet facilities are perfect! Nathan was a fantastic host and we had an amazing time! Took our two dogs who loved it just as much as we did!
