We recently stayed for four nights with our 7 month old daughter and had a truly fantastic time. So nice to get away from everything and try something a little bit different.
Plenty to do in the local area including some lovely river/ forest walks right on your doorstep. We spent an entire day just chilling in the yurt/ garden area and our little one clearly loved it. The yurt and surrounding grounds were a sensory haven for her with so many colours, lights, sounds etc... she got particularly excited when a chicken wandered into the yurt!
Shayne and Nathan are such lovely people and delightful hosts. We fully intend to come back again soon!

The yurt is a fun and unique way to spend the night camping. Shayne and Nathan offer all the amenities you need when camping and the yurt is situated in a tranquil area where you can sit under the stars by the fire pit or relax in the comfort of the yurt. We hope to visit again with our kids.

Shayne and Nathan's yurt is in a stunning location, so peaceful and quiet, a real treat to have no road noise! The hosts are on hand, but totally respectful of our privacy, we felt like we had our very own bit of Welsh mountain. The yurt , cabin and bathroom were all spotless and really well equipped, it was really easy to cook tasty meals both in the kitchen and on the fire outside. Loved it and hope to be back, thank you!

Yurt in a great location, peace and tranquillity reign. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather, otherwise some aspects of the accommodation could be challenging. The kitchen area is tiny- no oven, grill or microwave. A four ring gas hob does the lot.
If you take dogs there is a brilliant circular walk straight from base

We had a fantastic stay in the yurt, and can’t wait to return! Stunning, peaceful location on the edge of the forest, with waterfalls and hiking paths on your doorstep. The facilities are outstanding: a very well-equipped kitchen, delightful hot shower, wifi, and fire pits. Shayne was a warm host, giving us plenty of local advice. Thank you!
