Right, where to even start with this place, well first of all I spent around a month looking in detail of all similar style places, and this was by far the best looking/sounding.

When we got here both our expectations were shattered by how unreal this place is, it is abundant in beauty, from the miles of breath taking views all around you, to the tranquility of the surrounding area, it is out the way from an busy city style life.
Every direction you graced your eyes with were perfect, I am struggling to put what I experienced into words!!

We were astonished by the views in the morning over Snowdonia as we got to experience the dragon breath sweeping through mountains, waking up to that extraordinary view will be an experience I won't forget for the rest of my life.

Another part of this get away we were blown away by is the night sky, we have travelled to the dark park in Scotland, where it is renown for it's visablitly of the starts at night as they cut a hell of alot of light pollution, but when we travelled to Scotland we were not greeted with the spectacular views as we got in Cynwyd Forrest, me myself, nor my partner have ever seen so many stars In our lifes, we walked out the door of our yurt at night and just stared into the sky, stars beyond stars, again the feeling of awe was unmatchable, we couldn't of asked for anything more!! Another experience I'll remember for life!

Iv'e not shut up about the area, i haven't had chance to speak about the yurt its self, it is a beautiful looking yurt, it was really cosy, incredibly comfortable and very clean with a really nice vibe to the place, and the colours added to the vibe to. But that's just walking into the yurt, once you have the fire going and the sun goes down it becomes massively atmospheric.

I could keep writing more and more about how perfect this place but I'll just write one more thing, last but not least, Nathan and Shayne (the hosts) are two beautifully kind hearted people, they make you feel at home and are extremely helpful, they really did add a whole lot to our experience, and they are living a inspirational life in the Cynwyd Forrest, what more could you want in life than to live self reliant and off grid surrounded with such beauty.

We had a brilliant time, and are extremely upset to be back in 'reality'.

Shayne and Nathan were excellent hosts. They kept in constant communication before our trip and were very understanding when our plans had to change by a day. The yurt was cosy and unique and the surrounding landscape was fantastic to take-in in the morning with a cup of coffee! Nathan gave us plenty of sight-seeing recommendations in the area, but unfortunately, we were not there long enough to really explore. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nathan's a great host and was more than happy to provide us with any information we needed about the local area. The yurt is in a great location. It's private and all you can see around you are pine forests and rolling hills. We stayed here for two nights in late September. It was bliss on a sunny autumn morning, lying in the hammock on the decking with only the birdsong for company. A true escape from the city!

Would definitely come back.

What a fantastic stay we had in such a beautiful yurt in a beautiful part of Wales! Never stayed in such a relaxing, tranquil place, with just the birds tweeting and no one else around - it was perfect! The hosts are very friendly, the yurt was so cosy, especially on an evening with the stove lit, and the kitchen cabin was great with plenty of space and lovely, private views. We will definitely be booking again!

Had a lovely stay in the large yurt. Couldn't have asked for more from Nathan and Shayne! The yurt is so warm and cosy and the kitchen log cabin is a great addition giving you freedom. Oh and the shower is super warm!
