Shayne & Nathan we’re wonderful hosts, very attentive to our needs and keen to give tips on places to visit & local hidden gems nearby.

The yurt was spacious, clean and we loved the hammock outside to chill in near the camp fire in the evenings.

Very cool experience - would recommend to a friend and family!

I have had the great pleasure in spending a night at Ty Mam Mawr and also running a weekend retreat there.
I whole heartedly recommend this place for both time away and holding a retreat.
The environment is gorgeous and secluded with a beautiful forest walk and open fields right near by.
The yurts are a true delight to sleep in with ideal decor to match your get away in nature.
Shayne & Nathan the owners are some of the most wonderful people I have ever met and so accommodating. If you want to be on your own doing your own thing they leave you to it or if you want to engage in some loving conversation they are all ears with wise words to share.

I will be back again and again for the whole experience they have provided. I honestly am so happy I found Ty Mam Mawr.

Absolutely loved our stay! Nathan & Shayne we’re very friendly and helpful giving us tips on where to go out for food. The yurt was very comfortable and super cosy and warm with the fire on. We will be coming back!

Wonderful and beautiful place. We were 4 young adults who went to have a relaxing weekend away, and that’s exactly what we got.
The yurt was in such a lovely secluded place, with plenty of different and exciting walking spots and some absolutely stunning views, in every direction.

Was interesting using the compost toilet as this was a new experience for all of us! Everything was very clean and well prepared for our visit.

We couldn’t have asked for a better host and will definitely be returning for future holidays.

I just held a breathwork and shamanic healing retreat at Ty Mam Mawr and it was a beautiful experience beginning to end. This review almost seems like I'm cheating writing a good review for two extremely good friends, that's how well we were welcomed and the depth of our connection to Shayne and Nathan. The location is absolutely gorgeous. The yurts are really cool and cosy. The round house is an energetic bubble with the vibe of a really sacred space.

Shayne and Nathan are two of the most pleasant, loving, funny and authentic people I've ever met. I'm definitely coming back to see them. Friends for life no matter the distance.
