We had a lovely last minute weekend getaway and the host was very responsive allowing us to book the place last minute. We loved being in nature on the doorstep of a forest. Lovely walks around. Kitchen is massive and fully stocked. The yurt is so cosy once the log burner works its magic. Host was very kind of let us have a pack of logs for free😉 we had an amazing time hopefully will be back in summer💕

Pretty much perfect. The yurt is in a great location, looking out to Cynwyd Forest and the valleys around it. Everything you need and more is there, with proper facilities for cooking and washing up, to being able to buy fire wood, kindling and fire starters on site. It takes the headache out of some back-to-basics breaks. The yurt is very comfortable, warm and well furnished and was plenty big enough for the two of us and our two labradors.

Shayne and Nathan were great friendly hosts, and along with their dog and chickens, made us feel very welcome.

We only stayed for two nights, but we've come away relaxed and refreshed and would definitely recommend Shayne & Nathan's yurt. We could easily have stayed for longer and we'll be back next year for sure, having only done a handful of the walks available to us.

Lovely quiet and relaxing place to stay with great views and very comfortable accommodation. Shayne and Nathan were welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely stay. Thank you

Staying in the yurt was a great experience of camping just more on the glamping side, that being you have a kitchen, bathroom and electricity. The hosts were nice and always replied to messages in a reasonable time. It is also in a good location with plenty of things to do nearby.
