What a special place this is! It was in exactly the location we were after for the Welsh leg of our road trip and the idea of a remote yurt certainly did appeal! The yurt was super comfortable and kept us cosy during some heavy rain. The view from the deck when the sun came out was fantastic. Kitchen cabin had everything we needed as well. Shayn & Nathan were great hosts and have created such a great place to stay. Totally recommend for anyone wanting something a little off the beaten track and different! I hope to get back there soon.

If you're looking for some peace and quiet, with lovely views, a comfy bed and a cosy yurt, Shayne and Nathan's place is absolutely perfect. Nestled in the woodland out of the way of the man towns (but with good access) the yurt and cabin are both well thought out and well equipped. The Cabin has everything a decent kitchen should have (we cooked every night and morning) and there was nothing we needed in addition. Shower was good too! The Yurt looks over a lovely wooded area to the hill beyond and it's a view we could never tire of. The log burner was a welcome addition on the colder nights and rainy days (its Wales after all!) and we loved sitting out next to the fire pit every night with a glass of red, with nothing but the sound of the countryside as a soundtrack. The area has good access to local towns and a large Aldi is about a 20 min drive for provisions. Lots of places to visit and things to do or you could simply enjoy the lovely yurt and surrounding countryside. We will be back! Thank you lovely Shayne and Nathan. Alex and Mike x

Well, another blissful weekend at the Yurts. This time we had the weather with us and it was perfect- sunny and blowy, with chilly nights. Perfect yurt weather and Cynwyd weather as the walks through the woods and up by the waterfall are beautiful. As before, the yurts were equipped with logs, blankets and cushions for a cosy time In the evenings and everything was spotlessly clean. We were in the big yurt this time and it was fabulous. So much room. Very comfortable beds, a piping hot three way shower and well equipped kitchen makes it top glamping. Unforgettable and soooo relaxing.

If you are looking for something a bit different then the Yurt is great. Warm, cosy and good for stargazing in the evenings. Make sure you put the full address in as only the postcode takes you to a dead end at the end of the road. Nathan met us to check in and show us around, he was helpful and recommended a few local places to find food. The Yurt gets very toasty andalthough the supplied wood only lasted one night, the DIY shop in Corwen sells wood and kindling quite cheap so it wasn't an issue. The yurt, toilet and kitchen were all well maintained and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily book again. Thanks Nathan!

Very peaceful location. Amenities were good and there was plenty of space for our hiking gear.
