We had a great 2 nights in the Yurt! It’s exactly as the pictures and the wood burner was more than warm enough even when it was nearly freezing outside :)
We would hope to come back in the summer to make more use of the outdoor spaces!

Clean and comfortable yurts in a beautiful peaceful surrounding. Really good for walks in the sunshine or sitting around the campfire of an evening. Beautiful place

Shayne and Nathan were friendly and very hospitable hosts. Their countryside getaway is exactly as advertised, we had a lovely few days exploring the forests of the Berwyn mountains. Also had the pleasure of befriending Ruby the dog who kept us company on our stay! The Yurt is very private and extremely comfortable, the wood burner keeping the place nice and toasty, even on a bitter cold evening in March. Looking forward to our next stay already! :)

Driving up the narrow road, you can feel a serenity envelope you, letting you let go of daily life, switching off into escape mode. You pull up to hear nature, see glorious greens, and take in the beauty.
check-in was easy, "our Gert" (yert) was all open. Just let yourself in.
inside a rainbow of colours, fabrics, fairy lights, a very zen feeling. we lit the log burner with the wood provided, exolored the amenities, the kitchen is fantastic had everything you need. The same goes for the bathroom. It's a nice hot shower. The bathroom is a little tired in places in comparison to photos, but that is just rustic glamping. Everything works.
we made smores on the wooden decking, enjoyed the view from the hammock, and had a wander into the trees, such a beautiful landscape.
from here, we explored Braunton, and we highly recommend beautiful little costal towns, sandy beaches only an hours drive away. we drove just over an hour to Llandudno, taking a ride on the old tram, up to the sumit.

Amazing few days at this beautiful yurt, exceeded our expectations and was just what we needed. We would highly recommend this relaxing retreat and hope to return again soon!
